If any medical or pharmacy records are required for issuance, it will be the pilot's responsibility to provide records. I do not have access to your medical or pharmacy records.

You examination will be performed at Tappahannock/Essex County Airport. Feel free to fly or drive. Cheap gas! (KXSA)

If you are on medications or have a chronic medical problem, either research the requirements via the AME guide search below or contact me with the details. If you can send me a copy of your MedXpress form prior to the visit, it will help both of us! The FAA has requirements for many medications and chronic diseases that will still allow you to fly as long as you follow their guidelines.
